Impact is looking to add a Junior Power Platform Developer for our nationally ranked Best and Brightest Workplace!
The Junior Power Platform Developer will be responsible for the research and analysis of internal/external customer business processes, systems, and workflows with the objective to optimize and automate using the the Power Platform and SharePoint intranet. Once requirements have been identified, the Junior Power Platform Developer will be responsible for the development and deployment of the solution in coordination with the Business Applications Team.

Responsibilities
- Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs
- Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies
- Become a partner, subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to clients, advising on best-fit technologies and best practices in the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint technologies
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Maintain and support custom developed integrations
- Implement agreed upon solutions effectively and within timeliness
- Be able to test solutions to ensure they meet desired business needs
- Document all work for future improvements and development
- Manage projects and schedules
- Conduct intricate research of existing business process (both technical and workflow analysis)
Things We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and DataVerse experience, preferred
- Experience building and customizing SharePoint lists and libraries, preferred
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Creative, but technical problem solver: quick thinking and fully engaged at all points in the solution from strategy to support
- Familiar with Agile SDLC methodologies
- Strong communication skills (phone, e-mail, and in-person)
- Relational database knowledge
- Interested in future technologies and software
