The Team Behind Your Brand’s Success: Impact Managed Marketing
Position Overview:
Impact Managed Marketing is seeking a highly innovative and passionate Senior Art Director to help lead our creative team. As a driving force behind our visual storytelling and branding, you will be responsible for concept development and delivering a comprehensive range of marketing solutions. You will play a pivotal role in not just envisioning and executing campaigns but also embracing the ethos of the company and acting as a custodian of our brand. The Senior Art Director will lead by example, fostering a workplace that balances energy, creativity, fun, and professional integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Help lead concept development for campaign ideas, brand identities, and a broad array of marketing materials including digital and print.
- Utilize exceptional design and storytelling skills to elevate the company’s brand identity and drive marketing initiatives.
- Continuously innovate, bringing fresh ideas and novel solutions to improve processes and designs.
- Strive for a deep understanding of client businesses and tailor creative ideas to help differentiate them in the market.
- Present creative concepts and justify design decisions by tying them back to client business goals and objectives.
- Help oversee the production of photo/video content with a commitment to quality and innovation.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop cohesive, creative outcomes.
- Take ownership of projects, from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with the client's vision and goals.
- Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in all creative outputs.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience with a robust portfolio showcasing expertise in various design/conceptual capabilities and a deep understanding of brand storytelling.
- Leadership and communication skills to help manage a team and liaise with clients.
- Strong problem-solving capability with a passion for innovation in both thought and execution.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to adapt to fast-paced environments.

- Expertise in executing creative solutions across platforms such as digital, print, brand identity, and multimedia.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Motion graphics and video editing experience a plus (ie After Effects, Premier Pro)
