**IMMEDIATE NEED**
We are seeking a compassionate provider who has an SUV or large truck able to transport female clients and provide community transportation. Ability to travel outside of Klamath Falls occasionally is a must. Must have flexibility in schedule and be client driven.

In this position, you would be responsible for providing individualized direct support, positive re-direction and one on one assistance.

Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assisting customer to grow and meet personal goals
- Assisting customer with ADL/IADL tasks
- Aid with household cleaning and chores
- Give cues for daily hygiene and routine
- Medication Assistance
Job requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Have a valid driver's license or state ID card
- Valid auto insurance
- Smartphone or personal computer
- The ability to pass a criminal history background check
- CPR Certification
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
