We are seeking a compassionate individual who would like to work in an environment where they will make a difference in the lives of our customers.
In this position, you would be responsible for providing individualized direct support, positive re-direction and one on one assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental delays. At this time We are looking fotr DSP's that can hold strong bolundaries, and care for someone that may have high behavioral issues. You will be OIS trained
Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assisting customer to grow and meet personal goals
Assisting customer with ADL/IADL tasks
Aid with household cleaning and chores
Give cues for daily hygiene and routine
Job requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Have a valid driver's license or state ID card
Valid auto insurance
Smartphone or personal computer
The ability to pass a criminal history background check
CPR Certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 per hour
