The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating campaigns, and assisting with events to ensure departmental efficiency. This role focuses on managing communication workflows, creating marketing materials, and providing logistical support for events and community outreach.
Administrative Marketing Support
- Build and send email blasts and automations, adding new leads into automation workflows.
- Assist with creating and maintaining ClickFunnels landing pages and making minor website edits and additions.
- Design and edit marketing collateral, including whitepapers, promotional kits, and other materials.
- Manage print jobs and oversee internal mailing projects, including invitations and holiday correspondence.
- Coordinate Shock & Awe mailouts for event follow-ups, book requests, TV show kits, and branded materials like magnets and whitepapers.
Event Preparation and Coordination
- Pack, unpack and manage audio equipment at events.
- Prepare and assemble event collateral and supplies.
- Assist with Impact Cares and community events, ensuring logistical and material support.
- Handle event setup and tear-down, ensuring smooth execution.
- Enter post-event data into Redtail CRM and integrate attendees into email automation workflows.
Creative and Campaign Assistance
- Support campaign strategies, workflows, and content creation.
- Utilize Cricut and other tools for creative projects as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to build effective branding presentations.
- Submit marketing materials to Compliance for review and approval.
Other Responsibilities
- Design and manage challenging print jobs with advanced printer capabilities.
- Support minor graphic design projects and updates to existing collateral.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and order supplies as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the marketing team.
