What are the responsibilities and job description for the Art Director position at Impact Partnership?

We’re looking for a Art Director to oversee our design team. This role would also collaborate with copywriters, marketing strategists, and digital team members to create print, digital, and web assets for our financial professional clients across the U.S. and design for internal Impact Partnership marketing collateral and event materials.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Identity Development – logos, letterhead, header/footer, business cards, etc.
- Corporate Print Collateral – brochures, handouts, event invitations, etc.
- Advertising Concepts and Design
- PowerPoint Toolkits and Marketing Presentations
- Website Design (Adobe XD)
- Design for financial advisors’ practice brands and the internal Impact Partnership brand
- Event and Promotional Item Design
- Digital and Print Production, Vendor Management
- Creative oversight on design work
- One-on-one management with other designers on the team (4)
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or heavy creative experience
- 3-5 years of experience working in a creative environment
- 1 year of creative oversight or people management
- A solid book of great design with branding and web design experience
- Candidates should have experience working in Adobe Creative Suite (including XD) and Microsoft Office.
