About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager, Payments to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of omnichannel initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, and external partners while owning the entire roadmap and ensuring compliance with card brand
rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management: Own the entire roadmap as we bring payments in-house to create an omnichannel experience for customers and dealers.
Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineering and development teams to oversee the implementation of payment systems and technologies.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, providing updates and setting clear expectations.
Risk & Compliance Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project success and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need
5 years of experience in product management, working in merchant acquiring. Issuing, Loyalty, Rewards, etc. WILL NOT be considered.
Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced environment.
Working with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
