We are looking for a talented, self-starting individual to become an integral part of our team. The position requires the use of Adobe products and excellent customer service s kills in both email and phone contact. The position would be from 9 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm.
Visit us at to our view products. Attention to detail is paramount. We have a casual and relaxed atmosphere, yet at the same time we have a production schedule. We are constantly meeting our clients event dates and deadlines.
This position will require you to learn a bit of everything.
Responsibilities :
- Providing a proof of artwork to the customer using both Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop.
- Corresponding through all phases of the customer's order until completion.
- Answer telephones and maintaining excellent customer service to help the customer in completing the ordering process.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
