Patient Care Model: We are a cash pay operation with a mix of Medicare and Worker's Compensation as well. We are also a 1:1 model where our Physical Therapists see patients for 1 hour at a time. This significantly reduces PT burnout and allows for more memorable experiences with patients.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct individual coaching sessions with physical therapists to foster growth and maintain clinical excellence.
- Manage staff scheduling, including PTO requests and clinic hours.
- Lead recruitment, hiring, and personnel management decisions.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for clinic growth and strategic development.
- Monitor and analyze clinic performance, including budget management and KPI achievement.
- Establish and maintain strong referral relationships with other healthcare providers.
- Oversee and conduct quarterly and yearly performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Engage in community outreach and events to promote clinic services.
- Support clinic cleanliness, safety, and organization, maintaining a high standard of care.
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice physical therapy in Arizona (in good standing).
- Minimum 2 years of full-time clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, clinic operations, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- For internal applicants: must be in good standing with Impact Physical Therapy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting.
- Hiring and interview experience is a plus.
- Strong commitment to adhering to and promoting Impact Physical Therapy's core values.
