Patient Care Coordinator (1099 Contractor)
Location: Two Clinics | Peoria & Scottsdale, AZ
Pay: $19–$21/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Do
Greet patients with a warm welcome and friendly energy
Keep the front desk flowing in a fast-paced, multitask-heavy environment
Maintain the PTs’ schedules and follow up with patients as needed
Answer phones and emails with clarity, confidence, and care
Explain the value of cash-pay services (pricing starts at $199 per session)
Process payments and open/close the clinic
Provide light admin support via Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
Support physical therapists with day-to-day clinic needs
Why This Role is Unique
Flexible Hours: Up to 20 hours/week. Current needs include Friday afternoons (12pm–6pm) and some Saturdays, with additional weekday shifts available as needed.
Two Locations: You’ll float between our Peoria and Scottsdale clinics.
Contractor Independence: As a 1099 contractor, you’ll enjoy more autonomy while still being part of a tight-knit team.

What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who’s energized by human connection and thrives in a busy, ever-changing environment. You love making things run smoothly—and doing it with a smile.
Must-Haves:
2 years of customer service experience (healthcare or wellness preferred)
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Confidence talking about pricing and services
Self-motivation and tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace
Passion for helping people take ownership of their health
Availability for Friday and Saturday coverage
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in sales, scheduling, or clinic operations
Process improvement mindset
Bilingual a plus
