This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist, located in Lebanon, TN. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized rehabilitation plans, and providing patient care, including home care. Day-to-day tasks involve assessing patient needs, creating treatment plans, administering therapies, and monitoring progress to ensure optimal recovery.
- Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation skills
- Medicine and Patient Care experience
- Experience in Home Care services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
