Preparation of invoices, management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general office functions; reordering office supplies maintaining and keeping track what needs to be reordered, monthly DOT packets for drivers, and preparation of operational reports, permitting-dealing with different cities and codes obtaining said permit, invoicing permits, schedule final inspections and keep track of them as well, production status, side projects as needed, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
This position will require a self-starter with good communication skills, who can meet deadlines and control past due Accounts Receivable. Requires a High School Diploma, with business classes. Must have basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and proficiency with KeyedIn, but willing to train. Requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organization skills. Must have excellent telephone skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, peers and shop personnel. Ability to compose letters and memos as directed. Must be reliable and can and will come in at the set schedule without calling in constantly as this is a position that needs this person to be here Monday through Friday 8-4 : 30.
