Aseptic Production Supervisor (Night Shift)🕕 6pm–6am | Full-Time
Join our team as an Aseptic Production Supervisor and lead night shift operations in a fast-paced, food-safe manufacturing environment. You’ll oversee production teams, ensure quality and compliance, troubleshoot equipment, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and support production staff to meet performance goals

Troubleshoot equipment issues and coach operators

Ensure food safety, quality, and audit readiness

Partner with maintenance and operations for optimal line performance

Drive process improvements and support team training
What You Bring:

High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production
-
Proficient with PCs and business software
-
Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
-
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Food/beverage manufacturing experience

Knowledge of thermal processing or blow molding

Familiarity with TPM and KPI reporting

Strategic thinking and team development skills
