ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated civil litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.
Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Active Bar Admission in California.

1 years of substantive experience in litigation, including professional liability, employment defense, products liability, toxic torts, environmental disputes, architects & engineers and/or general construction litigation.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a large, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle complex commercial litigation matters across various practice areas.

Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

Provide strategic counsel to clients on risk mitigation and dispute resolution.

Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
