Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly service order billing with precision, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate service order costing by understanding the nuances of various service agreements.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, adhering to state-specific tax regulations.
- Handle a high volume of service orders while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience: 2-3 years in billing, bookkeeping, or customer service, preferably in a contractor or service trade environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.
