Overview:
This medium-sized site produces polymer additives and is rapidly expanding and investing in state-of-the-art controls. This is a do it all plant engineer which includes project work, production support, process optimization, upgrading plant controls, data analysis, and updating SOPs. This site has several engineers on site as well as other production sites in the US and overseas. They offer superior medical coverage as well as a 401k and a company bonus. Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. Chemical Engineering 3 years of in plant support work and process optimization out of chemicals, plastics, rubber, foods, pharma, paints/coatings, etc.
- Pluses are project work, experience with PLC’s or DCS controls, instrumentation troubleshooting, extrusion, and drying.
