COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their growing Dallas office. This is a unique opportunity for a mid-level attorney to be part of an expanding office, working on complex commercial litigation matters in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Admission to and good standing with the Texas Bar.
- 3–7 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation at a mid-large size law firm, or equivalent trial experience.
- Strong background in drafting and arguing complex motions, propounding and responding to discovery, and taking and defending depositions.
- Experience assisting with both jury and bench trials.
- A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to lead case management efforts and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, with strong attention to detail and legal analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of litigation, from pre-trial motions to discovery and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including product liability, financial services, and business disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and advocate effectively in court proceedings.
- Work closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and case management plans.
- Collaborate with a diverse team serving clients ranging from multinational corporations to emerging businesses.
