Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Active Bar Admission in Illinois.

2 years of substantive civil litigation experience, including commercial, professional liability, products liability, construction defect, insurance defense, workers compensation, class actions, torts, breach of contract/warranty, and/or personal injury.
- Labor & employment experience is advantageous.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a large, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle complex commercial litigation matters across various practice areas.

Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

Provide strategic counsel to clients on risk mitigation and dispute resolution.

Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
