Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the month-end closing process and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy while continuously improving efficiency and preparation of account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in the preparation of financial reporting package and variance analysis.
- Responsible for revenue recognition and cost accrual procedures.
- Lead the development of innovative tools and processes to integrate our systems and enhance performance
- Partner with teams such as sales, marketing, pricing, and inventory
- Build and maintain robust financial controls and procedures
Qualifications:
- Accounting degree with 5 years of proven experience
- Technical proficiency in ERP, and advanced Excel skills
- A passion for process improvement and data-driven decision making
