Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Mid-Level Associate to join their Corporate & Securities practice group in Denver, Portland, or Seattle.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in public company reporting and compliance, capital markets, and/or corporate governance.
- Strong legal writing, communication, and client service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise public companies on reporting and compliance, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance matters.
- Work on corporate governance and transactional issues for both public and private companies across various industries.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced practitioners on sophisticated legal matters at a national level.
