The engineering department is a tight-knit team of 15, equipped with cutting-edge technology. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
- Create detailed part, assembly, and weldment drawings with accurate dimensions and material specifications.
- Utilize engineering principles, mathematics, and material knowledge to develop clear and complete designs.
- Prepare steel and purchase requisitions while ensuring accuracy in design documentation.
- Adjust and refine drawings as needed, including plotting, copying, and pattern development.
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- 3 yrs in machine design, AutoCAD 2D, and Inventor 3D
- A.S. degree required (B.S. preferred)
- 2D-to-3D conversion and mechanical system knowledge
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
