In this role, you will
- Develop and execute distribution strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and manage daily warehouse and delivery operations for efficiency and service.
- Act as a liaison with commercial partners to drive operational success.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze distribution costs for cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Oversee inventory control for accuracy and minimal discrepancies.
- Recruit, train, and develop warehouse and delivery teams.
- Promote safety, compliance, budget management, and continuous improvement.
What you bring to company
- Five or more years related experience
- three to five years previous distribution, transportation and/or warehouse management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent preferred
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years previous management and operations experience
- Ability to regularly operate a motor vehicle
- Current state driver's license
- Spanish bilingual abilities preferred
