Role:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a multi-year capital investment strategy to enhance production capabilities and support long-term growth.
- Lead the design, construction, and commissioning of new manufacturing plants and equipment installations.
- Implement advanced systems and methodologies to improve line efficiencies, reduce costs, and drive sustainability.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and contractors, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Collaborate with procurement, quality, finance, and operations teams to align projects with business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee RFP processes to secure best-value solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while meeting sustainability and operational goals.
- Monitor and report project performance, maintaining strict adherence to budgets and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or a related discipline); advanced degree preferred.
- 5-10 years managing large-scale engineering projects in food manufacturing or similar industries.
- Proven ability to lead high-speed packaging and process optimization projects.
- Strong team management and collaboration abilities, with a track record of measurable results.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed for site visits and project oversight.
