Our client in Windsor CT is a beautiful 450 unit apartment complex, and they are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager with a strong background overseeing maintenance at large apartment complexes. Should be strong in supervision and all maintenance skills involving large apartment complexes, both from the tactical every day maintenance issues, and also the strategic planning part of maintenance. You would be working for a large management corporation that manages properties nationwide, so there are tremendous growth opportunities to grow. Facilities Operations Manager:
- Salary 85K, plus bonus potential of up to 10% of earnings
- Will not be on regular on-call rotation, but will be responsible to take if doesn’t have coverage from team
- Valid driver’s license with valid auto insurance
- Prior multi-family experience, preferably 2 years
- Prefer the ideal candidate has experience overseeing at least 300 units
- Facility maintenance experience, preferably 2 years in a supervisory role
