🧩 What You’ll Do:
As part of a lean, high-performance finance team, you’ll work on critical projects that drive decision-making and support the company’s strategic goals:
- Assist with weekly rolling cash flow and liquidity forecasts
- Develop monthly and quarterly financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze and explain key drivers of financial performance across regions
- Support the strategic planning process through financial modeling and market research
- Generate insightful ad-hoc reports and dashboards
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and automate processes
🎓 What You Bring:
- B.S. / B.A. in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred
- 1–2 years of professional experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or public accounting
- Strong Excel skills required; Power BI or other visualization tools preferred
- ERP system experience a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and project skills
- Knowledge of US GAAP and budgeting/forecasting tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
