To be considered for the Applications Development Scientist role you will have…
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related scientific field.
- 2 years of technical experience in product development and formulation within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of hydrocolloids (pectins, alginates) and their applications in food.
- In-depth understanding of FDA, USDA, FSIS regulations, GMPs, SOPs, the product development process, functional ingredients, and relevant processing equipment.
