Job Description:
- Represent clients in general liability defense cases
- Prepare pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conduct depositions and prep witnesses
- Develop trial strategies and represent clients in court
- Collaborate with senior litigators on case development
- Manage caseload and provide strategic advice to clients
- Focus on defense-side litigation
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in general liability defense
- Must have recent litigation experience
- Experience in construction site accident cases, product liability, or premises liability is a plus
- Must have defense-side experience
