Responsibilities
As an Industrial Sales Territory Manager, you will:
- Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts.
- Drive top-line sales growth in your territory with goal-oriented initiatives.
- Follow up on quotations and close open orders.
- Maintain a detailed sales plan and prospect marketing database.
- Travel within your territory as required.
Requirements
We’re looking for a driven professional with:
- A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in hydraulics, mechanical, or electronic/robotic components and services.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A results-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up practices.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- The ability to travel as needed.
- A background in related technical fields (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics) is a strong plus.
- A pick-up truck is preferred to manage the pickup, drop-off, and handling of customer repair components.
