A nationally recognized Intellectual Property practice is seeking a mid-level associate with 4 years of substantive IP litigation experience to join its team in DC. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in patent litigation matters, including cases before the PTAB
- Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and manage complex discovery
- Collaborate with technical experts and inventors across a wide range of technologies
- Participate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy
- Assist clients in the strategic development and protection of their IP portfolios
Qualifications:
- 4 years of intellectual property litigation experience
- A technical degree in electrical engineering is highly desirable
- PTAB experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Admission to practice in DC
Compensation:
- Salary range: $275,000 – $305,000, based on experience
