- Administer AD & Azure AD (authentication, GPOs, sync)
- Configure and support VMware environments
- Oversee Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, etc.)
- Optimize Azure cloud resources (VMs, networking, storage)
