Junior to Mid-Level Real Estate Attorney
Locations: Austin, TX; Nashville, TN
Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Junior to Mid-Level Associate to join their Real Estate Development & Investments practice group in Austin or Nashville.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Texas or Tennessee.
- 2-4 years of experience with real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, and development of mixed-use, residential, resort, and/or commercial real estate.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, sophisticated law firm environment.
- Strong legal drafting and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- AmLaw 200 experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the financing, acquisition, development, and horizontal and vertical mixed-use, residential, resort, and commercial planned community work for local, regional and national builders and developers in Texas, Tennessee, and nationally.
- Engage in a wide range of real estate transactions, gaining cross-disciplinary experience in real estate development, investments, and finance.
- Collaborate with a team of seasoned attorneys in a supportive and dynamic environment.
