Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive legal services in litigation matters.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand and address their legal needs.
- Lead client consultations and meetings effectively.
- Communicate proficiently and engage in constructive conflict resolution.

- Offer innovative solutions and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Mentor and support junior legal staff.
Qualifications:
- Active Montana State Bar License.
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
- Experience with professional licensing matters (does not have to be in Montana).
- Experience litigating against the Department of Labor (preferred).
- Ability to defend licensees in administrative and litigation proceedings.
- Strong understanding of licensing regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset.
