Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and installations on plant equipment and machinery. This role ensures adherence to company standards and plays a critical role in maintaining product safety, legality, and quality. Responsibilities & Requirements

• Conduct scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
• Respond to and troubleshoot equipment stoppages and mechanical breakdowns.
• Repair or replace defective parts, motors, controls, and other components.
• Operate Engineering Shop equipment to fabricate required parts as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• 2nd Shift schedule 4pm-12:30pm

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electronics/Electrical Technology, or equivalent training and experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an industrial maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment (food & beverage experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with technical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, controls, and HVAC.
• Proficiency in 480V 3-phase industrial power systems.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with various equipment, such as material handling, motor control, relay control, process control, and packaging equipment.
