My client is an International Manufacturer of paper products and specialty coatings. They are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead their maintenance department within their premier manufacturing plant in North America, located North of Syracuse, NY. Will supervise a well-established group of maintenance staff within a stable manufacturing environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 10 to 25 years of maintenance manufacturing experience within a highly automated process manufacturing environment.
- Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience of a manufacturing maintenance department.
- Should have experience managing a team with at least 5 to 15 individuals.
- Maintenance Planning and Scheduling experience is an absolute must.
- Should have a good grasp of manufacturing data systems like Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as well as ERP Software Systems like SAP or Oracle.
COMP: Target pay range between $65K to $75K. May pay more depending on level of experience. Annual bonus up to 5%.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
