Job description
*Job Overview*
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor/Technician to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and leadership skills to ensure the smooth functioning of our maintenance team.
*Responsibilities*
- Must possesses a very strong electrical and mechanical background in an industrial setting.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Manage and prioritize maintenance requests and work orders
- Utilize logic controllers and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot issues
- Maintain high voltage systems and equipment
- Implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Oversee HVAC systems and ensure they are properly maintained
- Experience with welding, plumbin and burning a plus.
- Experience working on overhead cranes
- Ability to read and work from schematics, diagrams and sketches
*Qualifications*
- Proficiency in electrical systems, logic controllers, and industial voltage equipment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance best practices
This position has strong room and opportunity for growth. Will be a working supervisor position with a solid track to leadership positions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
