We are looking for experienced professionals with strong client relationships, expertise in tax and accounting functions, and a proven ability to generate business while mentoring and leading staff.
Practice Areas of Interest
• Tax Compliance and Advisory: Leading tax planning, technical reviews, and client audits across industries.
• Business Development: Expanding the firm’s client base and ensuring long-term engagements with tailored tax solutions.
• Staff Development and Leadership: Training and mentoring tax staff, including performance reviews and professional development initiatives.
Compensation Overview
Partner compensation is highly competitive, ranging between $250K and $400K annually, based on:
• The size of their client base (portable business)
• Billable hours and effective rates
Key Qualifications
• 10 years of public accounting experience, managing complex engagements
• CPA certification (active)
• Portable business of at least $2 million annually
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
