their chrome plating operations. This role is critical in ensuring the quality,
efficiency, and compliance of our plating processes while fostering a culture of
safety and continuous improvement within the team.
Responsibilities
• Advise on chrome plating operations, ensuring adherence to industry
standards and safety guidelines.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
and reduce waste in plating operations.
• Work directly with plating technicians, providing mentorship and
training to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Monitor plating quality through rigorous testing and inspection,
addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to
troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain robust documentation practices for compliance
with regulatory and internal standards.
• Ensure the maintenance and calibration of plating equipment to
optimize performance and longevity.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
• 5 years of experience in chrome plating or related manufacturing
processes.
• Strong understanding of plating chemistry, equipment, and processes.
