What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead multi-shift print production operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Maximize press utilization by streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining top-tier quality standards.
