We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in project management, HVAC systems, and budget control, excelling at managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client and vendor expectations

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial HVAC projects, from initiation through to completion.
• Manage project budgets, including equipment, materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to maintain strong, professional relationships.
• Ensure project documentation and compliance with plans, contracts, and specifications, focusing on accurate submittals and closeouts.
• Conduct technical evaluations including sheet metal and piping take-offs.
• Prepare and review project proposals, bids, and contract scopes to align with company goals.
• Estimate project scope changes and prepare detailed change orders for clients.

Background Profile:

• 5 years of experience in managing commercial HVAC projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, equipment scheduling, and fabrication standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
• Skilled in leading teams, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
