Quality Manager Opportunity – Manufacturing Environment

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and ensure accurate sampling, testing, inspection, and reporting in two laboratories.
- Uphold safety standards and address analytical or equipment challenges.
- Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
- Collaborate with production teams and customers to meet quality requirements and resolve issues.
- Supervise, train, and develop a team while addressing performance and operational concerns.

What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of laboratory management experience within plastics manufacturing, environmental testing, or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biology (preferred).
- Expertise in ISO 9001 standards; internal auditor certification a plus.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, Microsoft Office, and instruments like PET-IV viscometers and gas chromatography analyzers.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma credentials a bonus.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
