What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Field Support Manager (Western Region) position at Impact Solutions Inc?
Directs the Field Service activities in the Southeast Region. Person hired needs to reside in Californiaa, within a 1 hour commute to a major airport. Responsible for coordinating the regional Field Service Engineers to meet business objectives and provide exceptional customer service. The person hired will have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a related field, with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years direct field customer interface with 3 years of supervisory /management experience in a field service environment is also required. Should have knowledge of database software, internet software, spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point. Overnight travel will be required. No Relocation, only local area candidates will be considered.
*** Base salary $90K - $120K depending on experience, plus bonus, company vehicle, and fully paid family medical.
*** Note: a minimum of an AAS Degree in a related field is required, with a Bachelor’s Degre in a related field highly desired.
