Senior Architect

MUST HAVE:

✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
✔️ 8 years of experience in architecture, specializing in hospitality and commercial design
✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite
✔️ Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards
✔️ Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:

✔️ Pursuing or holding Professional Architectural Registration
✔️ Experience working with global clients and international projects

Compensation:$84,000-  $112,000
Employment Type/ Standard Operating Hours: Full-time, Hybrid Work Model (Onsite Remote Options Available)

Key Responsibilities

📌 Design & Project Execution:

• Lead the development of concept designs from Schematic Design to Construction Documentation
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, building codes, ADA regulations, and environmental guidelines
• Review and oversee project drawings and documentation to maintain design integrity
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and senior management to ensure seamless project execution
• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and client expectations

📌 Collaboration & Studio Culture:

• Contribute to design brainstorming, concept development, and project pin-ups
• Coordinate flow of information among internal teams, clients, and international offices
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and architectural best practices
• Work closely with a diverse team of architects and designers to drive innovation

📌 Leadership & Mentorship:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and architects
• Ensure all documentation meets DiLeonardo’s quality and design standards
• Take initiative in problem-solving and improving project efficiency

📌 Travel Opportunities:

• Potential travel to international project sites and offices for client meetings and design reviews
