Responsibilities
- Lead and manage international tax engagements, ensuring compliance with U.S. and foreign tax laws and regulations.
- Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients with global operations, focusing on minimizing tax liabilities and ensuring compliance.
- Oversee the preparation and review of international tax forms, including Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, and 8991.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for international tax matters.
- Mentor, supervise, and develop junior tax professionals, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
- Monitor changes in international tax laws and regulations, advising clients and firm leadership on the implications.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated tax solutions for complex client needs.
- Contribute to business development efforts, identifying opportunities to expand international tax services.
Qualifications
- CPA license required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in public accounting or a similar setting, with a focus on international tax.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax laws, treaties, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with forms such as 5471, 8858, 1118, and 8991.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
