Summary:
The main function of an accessioner is responsible for processing laboratory samples.

Lab professionals carry out diagnosis and treatment based on the samples received.
Essential Duties:
Receives and triages all specimens for clinical testing
Manages clinical information within LIMS database
Performs internal audits of clinical chartsCollaborates with various departments to ensure testing accuracy
Qualifications:
AS or BS degree in biological sciences preferredProven attention to accuracy and deadlines
Proven ability to work well independently and within a team
