Compensation:
- Base Salary: $200,000/year
- Total Compensation Range: $350,000–$400,000/year

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.

- Lead and mentor the North American Sales and Business Development team.

- Oversee sales forecasts, achieve ambitious targets, and negotiate long-term strategic contracts.
- Optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and results.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of enterprise sales experience (Extensive Professional Services is a MUST), consistently exceeding annual sales targets.
- 10 years of executive-level U.S. sales management experience.
- Proven success in driving growth within the security or cybersecurity services/products industry.
- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Visionary leadership, self-motivation, and a passion for technology and team development.
