Operation:
- Program Star Swiss CNC machines to produce intricate components with tight tolerances.
- Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to enhance efficiency and maintain top-tier quality standards.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure proper lubrication, cooling, and overall machine functionality.
Quality Control:
- Inspect machined parts using precision measuring tools, such as micrometers and calipers, to confirm conformance to engineering specifications.
- Address and correct any deviations from quality standards to maintain the highest production integrity.
Tool Maintenance:
- Perform regular maintenance on tools, replacing them as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
