Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation, review, and finalization of complex client tax returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-value clients across various industries.
- Manage client engagements, including planning, budgeting, and execution, while building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide tax managers and staff, fostering their professional growth and ensuring adherence to professional standards.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, providing proactive advice to clients and firm leadership.

Qualifications
- CPA license required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive public accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Compensation and Benefits
