SALES REPRESENTATIVE - PALM BEACH GARDENS

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to contribute to a well-established company while developing strong client relationships in the title insurance industry.
Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–5 years of successful sales experience in the residential Title insurance, finance, or Real estate industry.
- Valid driver’s license required for travel within assigned territory.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrates persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
- Experience using sales CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and leveraging social media for business development.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and proactively develop new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain a client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities while fostering relationships with existing customers.
- Research and compile targeted customer lists through networking, industry events, and lead-generation sources.
- Execute a strategic outreach plan through cold calling, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations to potential clients, including real estate professionals, lenders, and attorneys.
- Customize and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to maintain visibility in the market and stay informed on title, real estate, and financial industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful local campaigns and strengthen brand awareness.
- Communicate proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients.
