We are seeking Licensed Clinicians to join our team. We're looking for passionate professionals to support athletes and individuals in optimizing their mental performance and overall well-being. ProfessionalQualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Current state licensure as one of the following:
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Specialization or strong interest in sport and clinical psychology
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group sessions to athletes and patients
- Develop and implement customized mental skills programs
- Conduct psychological assessments and create treatment plans
- Collaborate with coaches, parents, and other professionals to support client success
- Contribute to research projects and stay current with developments in sports psychology and mental health
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling sessions
- Knowledge of performance enhancement techniques and stress management strategies

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their clinical needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with ICD-10 coding standards.
Qualifications
- A degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
- Relevant licensure or certification as a clinician is required.
- Knowledge of clinical research methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are required.
- A commitment to providing compassionate care to individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
