Clinician

We are seeking Licensed Clinicians to join our team. We're looking for passionate professionals to support athletes and individuals in optimizing their mental performance and overall well-being. ProfessionalQualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Current state licensure as one of the following:
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Specialization or strong interest in sport and clinical psychology

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group sessions to athletes and patients
• Develop and implement customized mental skills programs
• Conduct psychological assessments and create treatment plans
• Collaborate with coaches, parents, and other professionals to support client success
• Contribute to research projects and stay current with developments in sports psychology and mental health

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling sessions
• Knowledge of performance enhancement techniques and stress management strategies

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their clinical needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with ICD-10 coding standards.

Qualifications

• A degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
• Relevant licensure or certification as a clinician is required.
• Knowledge of clinical research methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are required.
• A commitment to providing compassionate care to individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
