Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Impact Staffing International (ISI) is looking for a Recruiting Associate to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our client’s talent acquisition efforts throughout the entire candidate recruitment lifecycle. This is a 6–9 month contract position with a remote work setup, requiring onsite presence on the second Wednesday of each month to support hosted events. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. This role involves assisting recruiters with coordinating interviews, managing schedules, and maintaining records while utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate data, generate reports, and create offer letters. The Recruiting Associate will also organize and support recruiting events such as career fairs and interview days, provide administrative assistance—including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling follow-up documentation—and ensure the confidentiality of candidate and recruitment-related information. Additionally, they will support talent acquisition leaders by managing recruitment metrics, scorecards, and analytics, as well as communicating with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless hiring and onboarding experience. The role may also involve coordinating travel arrangements for candidates as needed and contributing to employer branding efforts through social media campaigns. Success in this position requires adaptability to changing work responsibilities, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to develop collaborative relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, administrative support, reporting, and analytics, along with excellent organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Background:
- 1 years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or administrative roles.
- 2-year Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and document management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating interviews and recruitment events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition support.
